The Hurt Locker Part Deu

After a relaxed evening of Anglo-Belgian team building with Anton and Oralie (over a tower of Angkor beer) we began our 12 hour stint in the hostel common room before our next night bus (or hurt locker) to HO CHI MINH CITY! 2 members of the GAG took a trip to the market for some amazing waffles but unfortunately we had a man down...Greg A had woken and been dealt a devastating blow, the noodles had done their work and this would not be over quickly...

Fast forward 12 hours and the midnight night-bus was calling. We got picked up at 12 on 12/12/12 and one of the seat numbers was 12 - oooo! Of course we were in for a treat - the 'beds' were in fact reclining seats made for children and in the words of Greg A the toilet was "a 3 foot hobbits coffin hidden in the pitch black luggage compartment"! The Hurt Locker lasted for around 10 hours including the border crossing into Vietnam and by the time we arrived in Ho Chi it was mid morning...

"You weren't there man...you don't know"

On arrival to Ho Chi Minh City we checked into Madame Cuc's hotel and after our free drink it was nap time...
The next 2 days at Madame Cuc's were pretty chilled (apart from grandad Ross not sleeping on night 1 due to excessive road noise...those pesky kids) The staff were all amazing, especially Ely (Fung) and Hung (no English name) who made our stay epic with their palm reading, general beating up of Andy, banter and care (giving Greg A some tiger balm in his hour of need)! We also had great satellite TV, free breakfast, dinner and fruit and our room cleaned - which is a first and probably a last for the trip!
Unfortunately Greg A dealt himself out for the first day and the 2 man wolf pack roamed without him around the streets and the international food market at the local park. However by day 2 (13/12/12) he was ready and we all went to the War Remnance Museum, another interesting excursion with some horrific pictures on show!
Our last night in Ho Chi Minh city was a quiet affair with our free dinner, open bus ticket purchase and WallE and Inception on TV!

Andy T - He will have many girlfriends before marriage...and many during, ultimately leading to a divorce and more girlfriends! However, he will have 2-3 children!
Greg R - He will have only 1 wife but it nearly won't happen. He'll have money but will use a lot of it on other people!
Greg A - He will have 1 wife!
